I use Classic Rock and I push all the buttons on my machine (extra rinse, stain cycle, whatever). Cold wash.</p> <p>Every couple months I do a soak with Funk Rock for the ammonia and a very hot (turn up the hot water tank) wash with multiple rinses to strip.</p> <p>Inserts go in the dryer, covers hang to dry. Then I dry them on hot. That's it, I don't do any of the crazy wash cycles. The downside to that is that I do have some light staining on the inserts. Once a month or so I add a tiny bit of bleach, and every couple weeks I add vinegar to the rinse (helps with removing hard water residue/detergent). I would add an extra rinse to your current routine and also add a 1/4 cup of bleach to your next wash cycle to get rid of the bleach. </p> <p>Do you have hard water? I have read a lot of people don't actually like Rockin' Green for their diaper especially if they have hard water. </p> <p>My routine;<br /> One cold cycle with prewash of Bac-Out only<br /> Hot cycle with a Tide Free and Clear with an extra rinse<br /> One warm cycle</p> <p>I have hard water and an HE machine so I have to do one more cycle to make sure all my suds get out.
