I had this one from old navy:
http://oldnavy.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=65081&vid=1&pid=895869002

It came in different colors then, but I love the fit and it was really comfortable.

I had a tankini too from Gap,but didn't like it as much. I had an August baby and I didn't like that the top would ride up in late pregnancy and show my lower belly.

Am on holiday right now at 30 weeks pregnant - I'm mostly wearing a non- maternity bikini (my regular bottoms and a top borrowed from a friend to accommodate my increased chest size). I've found bandeau tops to be the most flattering bc they don't give me porn star cleavage :)

I left my maternity tankini from Motherhood at home. The print is cute but the top was saggy in the belly/body, which not only made me look chubby rather than pregnant, but was also downright uncomfortable when wet.

I did bring one non maternity tankini (fits shorter than usual) for days I e had too much sun, but in general I've really liked feeling the sun and water on my bump :). Hopefully I haven't scandalized any of the more conservative local resort workers by having my bump out :)

My friend took her non-maternity one piece that had rouching down the front and cut out a circle of the liner at her waist. That and the rouching gave her plenty of room for her growing belly.

I got a great maternity swim tank at Target- we do toddler swim weekly, and I love this top!! I can't vouch for their bottoms as I'm using an old non-maternity pair of swim shorts.

I'm already worried about this. I wear an FF bra and rely on full-figured lingerie brands for swimwear because I need a lot of support. Unfortunately my go-to brands don't have maternity styles and I will definitely need a swimsuit in VA this summer! A lot of the maternity styles I've seen don't even have an underwire and that is just not an option.

I found mine in store at Motherhood - it's a tankini maternity/nursing suit. I love it. It was very flattering when I was knocked up and it's still flattering now that I'm not and it's super discrete to nurse in (as much as nursing in a bathing suit can be discrete lol)

Hi ladies! I know it's chilly almost everywhere today, but I'm thinking towards warmer days. With an August baby due (and living in the South), I'm obviously going to spend a lot of time in the water this summer. I've been perusing the different maternity swimsuits and it looks like all of them are online only! Anybody particularly love their maternity swimsuit? Or particularly hate it? Recommendations??

Thanks in advance for your help!

I bought this tankini from motherhood - I must say i love the bottoms their just plain black but they fit nicely, no wedgie and they come up high enough in back so no crack. I havent worn a "full" bathing suit since i was a kid and i considered rocking a bikini but none of my tops fit my new rack so i splurged on this one. Definitely felt more comfortable on the public beaches

I got a tankini since that's what I wear anyway. I have the black and white polka dot destination maternity one someone posted above.

I'm 39 weeks pregnant though, so wanting to keep that under wraps. But I think if you're only so far along and happy with your body you should totally rock the bikini.

@wahine08: Dude, I could write you a novel on pregnancy body acne... It's been so freaking awful. My face has actually been fine, but my chest and back are unbelievable. It started right after my BFP and at 26 weeks, really hasn't let up.

I've stuck with my black one-piece so far (for the like, 2 times I've actually been in the lake up north this summer!) and I've luckily only had to be around family so no one else was subjected to my zits... :/ Good luck!

An update on this:

I am now 16wks and my lovely pregnancy acne has traveled not only down to my chest and back but also some random bumps on my belly! Is this normal with any of you ladies?? Looks like I'll be looking into tankini's and QUICK- First pool/beach vacay is in 2 weeks!

I also forgot about my belly button scar from a laproscopic surgery last Dec. Not looking too cute stretched out. Dang olive skin tone!

Anyone buy a maternity suit recently? I'm now on the hunt!

I'm due in August and plan on doing a tankini set if I can find something. I really will likely swim only a couple of times. I don't have any stretch marks and my pregnant belly isn't too scary, but my linea nigra is pretty dark and kinda bugs me :(

I was 34 weeks pregnant on our beach trip last summer. I brought a tankini but ended up rolling it up most of the time (it was a non-maternity tankini, so it was too short on my belly). If I could do it over again I would have just brought a bikini...the rolled up bit did sort of weird things to my boobular area.

I rocked the bikini for a while -- i didn't at the very end since it was late october, but around 7/8 months I did - and my regular suits fit --- my boobs didn't get bigger until later - even though the top was a little tighter than pre-preg.... the last couple of months I don't think the suit would have fit as well, i think i have a pic since i posted it once before....
