<description>&#60;p&#62;Preemie could be a good idea.  My first LO was 6 lbs, 10 oz and NB clothes were swimming on her the first week or two.  I would just get 1 preemie outfit though, and leave the tags on, because although the NB clothes were big at first, they fit perfectly 2 weeks in and then she outgrew them 4-6 weeks after that--so she could only wear them 6-8 weeks total.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I would imagine a Preemie outfit would fit perfectly for the first couple of weeks and then be outgrown.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Since 2nd babies are usually bigger, I'll probably just stick to the NB clothes again this time.
