A friend of mine cut up pool noodles and duct taped them to corner soap dishes in her tub. Not pretty but I guess it works!

Our new apartment has a soap dish which juts out into the tub. My 17 month old is pretty active and we're constantly worried he's going to thunk his head on it. Anyone know of a cover of some sort that I can get to make it more cushy just in case he does accidentally hit his head on it? I mean obviously DH and I are careful to watch him in there, but really I'm just looking for a just in case. If you don't know of any products, any suggestions on how to cover it?
