If you know when you ovulated you can always tell them your period started 2 weeks before then, that way they get the dates right. My OB still had me come in at what she said was 8 weeks due to LMP but I knew was 5 weeks. They tried to say it looked like miscarriage but I was sure of my dates and my blood tests confirmed numbers rising. The next dating U/S gave the exact same due date as my O date. When I had the MC I cramped the whole time and then severe cramping until the mc was complete. A new symptom I noticed is my chest feels hot and itchy ( almost like hives).
