Perfect day. I would go to the aquarium early though, plan to be there before 10am, just in time for opening. </p> <p>After aquarium and train I'd come back into coal harbour for lunch at Cardero's. Great food and atmosphere, right on the water. Good kids menu and family friendly!</p> <p>If you're into swimming or water parks, kits pool and second beach pool are both incredible. I would definitely check out the Vancouver Aquarium and spend some time in Stanley Park! You could make a day of it, there’s a great water park/splash pad that your 2.5yo would enjoy. </p> <p>Science World is another good one but I would choose the aquarium over science world. </p> <p>There are tons of good beaches and outdoor pools.
