We used that one even younger than that...probably around 6 or 7 months. It was the thing that helped most (other than the nose frida). I love that thing! I plugged it into his room for about 20 minutes and then removed it because I cannot find anywhere on the box or instructions what age it is safe for. I'd love to plug it in for the entire night if it is safe and will help him.</p> <p>I'm assuming it's just fine, but want to double check. Anyone use these for their baby and know? </p>
