Especially when they were little, DH and I would each wear one everywhere we went. So much easier than lugging two car seats, pushing a huge double stroller, etc. I've tried tandem wrapping my twins recently but they are too big and wild now at nearly 9 months. I want to try wearing one on my back in Ergo with the other wrapped on my front, but honestly I'm not sure when I'd find that useful or convenient. They could probably give you some great tips on what kind of wrap to buy. She's 18 (nearly 19) pounds and almost 18 months old. We tried it the other day just for fun and she still fits but the Ergo is just a lot more comfortable. In general though, she doesn't really like being in the carrier anymore. I loved the K'tan for &lt; 8 months though. I read that you can use it up to 35 lbs, but that seems like a lot, and I recently read somewhere that after their baby was 16 or 17 lbs it was pretty uncomfortable. My LO is 14 pounds now and I haven't had problems thus far, but I am hoping to be able to wear her on vacation in May and I am trying to figure out if that is realistic.
