All carriers listed in that group are under $100 and there are tons of different types/styles from new to well loved. The toddler carriers I'm most familiar with would be well above your budget...I'm thinking of Beco toddler, Tula toddler, or Kinderpack standard or toddler. The front strap was all up on my neck and it was very uncomfortable. If I were you, I wouldn't buy an Ergo just for the hip carry option.
