I've heard SO MANY bad things about the Zoli cups. One of hours broke but luckily it was just the egde of the botttom that broke so it doesnt leak. Their customer service isn't great. Two straws ripped when I was removing them to wash, and I emailed them, and they told me they sell straw replacement packs online. For $8 or whatever it was. Yeah thanks. And of course I bought the replacements because the cup is too pricey to toss. I'll fill it up with water and flip it upside and shake it for a few seconds. If water comes out, I unscrew it and screw it back. I do this a few times until there's not as much water coming out (a little bit come out through the straw). It's a pain in the booty though.
