Everyone had arranged limos and hung out in the groups they arrived in. I was not prepared for everyone to be hard core into their groups. I was glad I got to chat with one friend (the one I arranged to meet there) but didn't really talk to anyone else. I danced and drank spendy drinks but ultimately felt really disconnected from everyone. It was all free, catered filet mignon and salmon with bottomless wine for me and DH! no dance, and it was for all classes having reunions (every 5 years) so you could mingle with tons of people. So it was worth it!
