It's funny, the 2 nights he's ever slept 12+ hours straight are when he went to bed between 5:30-6. Maybe we need to go back to that again?! </p> <p>So... He woke up at 2:50pm from his PM nap so I think I should start his bedtime routine at 5:45ish for bedtime at 6:30. The issue is hubby doesn't get home from work till 5 and getting the baby to bed that early seems next to impossible !</p> <p>@MoonMoon: it's soo interesting how different babies' sleep can be. My son dropped his 3rd nap sometime between 6-7 months. So on average she is up for about 3-3.5 hours before bedtime. She couldn't make it to 7pm anymore and was waking during the night, so I decided to try the super early bedtime (as suggested here: <a href="http://www.hellobee.com/2014/04/09/the-glorious-early-bed-time/)" rel="nofollow">http://www.hellobee.com/2014/04/09/the-glorious-early-bed-time/)</a> and it worked for us! We are on a 3-3-3 schedule with 2 naps most days. We tried 4, but apparently LO can't really handle that yet. His afternoon nap was usually done by 3:15 or so, and he was in bed by 7! His awake times have lengthened recently so now he doesn't go down for his second nap until 2ish and is up between 3-4pm... </p> <p>I try to get him down around 7:30 (3.5h from last nap). But I don't know if that is good timing or if it should be shorter/longer (his sleep has been crappy recently so it's hard to tell if he's overtired on top of teething, WW etc)</p> <p>Thanks! </p>
