My daughter does it too, especially while she's nursing. I think she just likes the rythm/how it feels? Not too hard but I think it would hurt me. I've heard this is normal. I guess my brother used to do this and one time he did it so hard that it hurt and he stopped. So it looks like DS inherited some of my brother's intensity/temper. I think she likes how it feels especially on her hands, because she loves to whack me in the (jiggly) belly with her hands and grab and squeeze my boobs, ha ha ha! The ear infection is gone but she kept doing it.</p> <p>When I took her to the doctor for the ear infection I mentioned the head hitting and the ped wasn't concerned at all.
