(2 is pretty consistent, 2.5 less so and 3 is maybe a couple times a month and I do a happy dance). </p> <p>At 18 months he was still waffling between 1-2 naps a day. And I do sorta remember the days he took one it was more like 1.5 hours (when he took 2 naps they were 1.5 hours each so I think his body was automatically waking at 1.5 hours for a little while). If her night sleep the night before was awful she will go more toward three hours. </p>
