I'm pretty laid back this pregnancy, but was with DS too so that really isn't different.

The only things that are different really this go round is I find myself more tired than when I was preg with DS (guess the 7 years difference is taking it's toll) AND I have an over all different outlook on birthing & l&d =)

I'm the complete opposite. My first pregnancy, I was relaxed and not at all worried, just really enjoying everything. This time around, I'm always worrying and every little thing makes me think something might be wrong. But I know it's just because I ended up having complications with my first pregnancy.

I'll probably be much more laid back about the pregnancy and parenting. Like when she was a newborn, I never left her side. I slept when she slept, constantly had to have her in my arms, etc. Now I know that it's okay to let the baby sleep alone while I work out or watch TV or clean the bathroom.

For those of you on your second+ pregnancy, do you find yourself different?

Let me explain! With my 1st pregnancy, I worried about everything. I called the Dr probably once a week about the littlest things. If I didn't feel the baby move much one day, I was at the Dr's office getting checked. I was way more cautious about doing things and eating certain things, etc.

I am so much more laid back with my 2nd pregnancy! DD hasn't really moved much since Sunday (she is moving, but just not like normal), but I am not too worried about it. I figure since I can still feel her, there is no cramping, or bleeding, or anything else odd, that every thing is ok. I don't feel as guilty taking a drink of DH's beer, or carrying in the groceries. I am way more laid back this time around.

Have you found that you are different with your second+ pregnancy? Or are you just as cautious/worried as the first time?
