I even told him where the linen spray in case he wanted to freshen up the rooms.</p> <p>Our realtor talked his ear off when dropping off the flyers and the 1st showing people saw DH and realtor. We were trying to avoid that. :bummed: </p> <p>Apparently, this is technically the second interested party. I thought I pushed back the 1st showing to wait on the flyers, but they cancelled. The timeframe that I ended up accepting was a totally different buyer. My realtor is working on getting the first ones back in. He has a buyer coming in on Monday relocating to the area to look at the house.</p> <p>@Mamaof2: ahhh! We had 20 showings in the first 3 days after going on the market. When we were selling it helped to keep a big stack of flyers on our table at all times so the agent didn't have to remember them. And always leave for the day with curtains open and lights on! I'm so nervous! DH readied the house since I already left for work when the showing request came in. Our realtor is dropping off the home flyer right before we show. This all feels so fast.
