Yogurt, waffles, cereal and other quick stuff for breakFast at the table. We pack lunches and prep daycare bags the night before and I lay out clothes for LO 2. (Big sis is too opinionated!) Are they eating breakfast there? Mine do and they makes it easier. My morning routine is wake up and get dressed, pump, put move the bottles to the diaper bag. Then I wake up my toddler, change his diaper, and dress him (shoes and everything.) We'll have 2 kids going full time to the same daycare/preschool and 30-45 minute commutes to work. </p> <p>What are your morning time savers? What works? What doesn't? </p>
