For longer outings I use a Saturday (by Kate Spade) Small Weekender. We use cloth diapers even outside the house, so we might need a bit more space than others. I can fit 3-4 diapers and a change of clothes for each girl, a few small distractions toys, snacks and a milk box for DD1, and burp cloths, bibs and nursing cover for DD2 with room to spare. I've stuck an extra top for me and an extra a+a blanket in there before. The shoe compartment in the weekender has been awesome for keeping dirty diapers separate from everything else.
