Totally normal, stick with it and try to just sneak in a quick shower in one of those 5 minute breaks. I think the first 6 weeks were a "growth spurt" for C. She nursed all.the.time. for the first few weeks, especially at night. Pretty much from 5 pm until 8, at least, she would nurse. Comfort or actual feeding, I don't know. I just kept telling myself it was establishing my supply-- and I have never actually had any supply issues. He's sucking and swallowing and there's still milk leaking out when he pulls off. He probably stays on for about 15 mins each time. He will fuss after about 5 mins after unlatching until I nurse him again. I've heard of the 3 week growth spurt but he's only 2 weeks today. He has plenty of wet and poopy diapers. </p> <p>Is this a growth spurt or comfort nursing? I need a shower. Lol </p>
