We're having a lot of trouble with that as well. Letting her sleep on her nap mat at home helps, as well as letting her sleep in our bed. Not the best solution, but I need her to sleep!

We have trouble getting her to sleep alone on weekends for naps because at school she's never alone (obviously teachers are in the room with her). Sometimes its just easier to stay in there with her until she falls asleep.

She played outside all morning and ran errands with us. Shes going on 1:20 minutes screaming for me relentlessly. I don't know what to do, I've checked on her a few times to lay her down and give her a kiss. I can't help but feel like this will now ruin the remainder of my day by her not napping and not allowing me to get anything else done. I'm really thinking positive. She

Daycare has different stimulation than at home with us. We found we had to move nap back sooner than school did. Or we plan trips to coincide with nap and he will sleep in the car (at 70 mph). We have classes with other kids in the morning (parks aren't an option for us). That seems to help.

I find with my older guy, it's better not to check too much. My biggest hunch is that maybe she's not getting tired enough at home? Sometimes I will just take my kiddo outside and make him run...( we do the ready, set, go and make him go as fast as he can to a tree or something).

My daughter has stopped napping at home and has become a complete tyrant!! She sleeps a solid 2-3 hour nap at daycare perfectly but fights me for her sleep at home for the past 2 weeks. She used to ASK for naps!

CIO now in her room where she continues to thrash and scream for me. Likely because I usually check on her a lot. At my wits end anyone else?

Big changes: Binki Weaned 2 weeks now. Never used it at daycare.
