I agree with @Andrea, the space between the nap and bedtime is kind of close together. Can you try a day without a nap?

Is she being disturbed by the baby? Does she have a white noise machine?

If she naps from 1-4, maybe she isn't tired at 7? If my LO napped that long, she probably wouldn't be tired by 7.

She naps at 1 and goes to bed at 7. She can nap for 3 hours, but I'm waking her up earlier than that. Not sure if it's helping?

Hmm, we have gone through stages like that. What time is her nap during the day/bed time? We had to skip naps when DS started doing that. Then he was back to his normal schedule and he could take naps along with going to sleep at a decent hour.

It's driving me crazy! She sleeps beautifully at nap time and once she falls asleep at night she's out till morning, but it can take anywhere from 1 to 5 hours for her to fall asleep! Maybe it's just a stage? She's not unhappy, just awake. She's recently moved to her big bed, but she started doing this the week before she moved.

It sucks because I'd like to get to sleep earlier, my little one is only 3 months old so I'm still fighting to get enough sleep to function every night.

Any advice? Do your little ones do this? My husband works nights 3 days a week so it's just me her and the baby, making it tricky to do a lot of things (like hang out in her room with her).
