<description>&#60;p&#62;Recently, LO (11 months) has switched from 2 naps to 1. She was taking terrible naps, and the switch to one really seemed to help. Her one nap started off at 2-3 hours long, and she was sleeping 11-12 hours at night. Now, a couple of weeks later, her night sleep is the same, but she's waking from her nap after like 20 minutes! She won't go back to sleep if I leave her. I can go pick her up and she will sleep on my shoulder, but it's light sleep because she wakes and freaks out if I try to put her back down. Does anyone have experience with this? Is it just n adjustment period? I know it's a phase. And my intuition tells me that she truly is ready for one nap.
