We decided to start trying for another and got pregnant pretty quickly with this one. We are thrilled to have them close together. </p> <p>I am not sure I will ever go back on birth control because of all the research I have done now on it. Now I have a Paraguard IUD because we plan to space out our kids and I couldn't trust my temps with sleep being all over the place, breastfeeding, etc.<br /> So far, so good. It can be super effective once you get to know your own unique cycles- it's been quite fascinating learning about it.</p> <p>I usually know when I O based on a calendar I keep and EWCM. I don't ever have pains or spotting. I also want to add in BBT and charting! But I haven't gotten that far yet.</p> <p>@lizzywiz: have you tried a few different brands? Sort of like the when do you plan to TTC question, what sort of BC do you use? Especially for those who are still BF and/or soon to be or currently TTC. Before becoming preg with Scribble I used BCP but for a plethora of reasons, ranging from religious to health-wise to wanting to TTC soon, we just use condoms now. </p>
