I just special ordered the buggy board since the new models don't fit with the older ones. I'd contact whoever sold it you and ask for the seat or your money back. It's not sold separately because the vista comes with the frame, toddler seat and bassinet. The 2015 parts will not work with the older model. You could contact UB directly and see if they have a seat though. My husband bought the frame and a rumble seat from a friend, but I feel like we got duped. It didn't come with the actual toddler seat or bassinet. The bassinet I can live without, but the seat is a little necessary. </p> <p>I can't seem to find the actual toddler seat for sale any where.
