I usually try to investigate, kiss it to make it better, or try to soothe her in some way. The past two days she's talked about going "poo poo" then cries and whines a little about her tummy hurting so I'm worried she's constipated. I would touch the toe and say "hmmm its not red...look I can bend it.... does that hurt? I do think she's being honest when she says her mouth or teeth hurt, because she has canines coming in. With the others, I ask her if a hug or kiss from mom or dad would help. Like her big toe and her mouth. This morning she was also pointing to her back. This sounds bad, but I'm not sure how much I believe her. I mean, I'm not sure she really grasps the meaning of something hurting. The mouth I attribute to the possibility that she's getting her molars. But the toe and back....I'm just not sure. She's otherwise fine, so I'm not sure if it's worth calling the doctor. What would you do? </p>
