@Iced Tea: That's exactly it - such a small area.

Thankfully, I haven't felt the pain today ... we put our bed together last night, so we had a peaceful night of sleep in our new room (much-needed). I think it was a combo of physical/mental stress. A reminder to seriously slow down and stop lifting all of the things. :)

I have a dull ache on my right side by the uterus, and I've been coughing violently all weekend (a cold). I think it's from the strain, but cannot say for sure. I'm 18 weeks.

You could call the midwife just to make sure!

I get a couple of sensitive spots when I exercise a lot. They are just small areas that hurt to touch and sometimes just hurt. I'm guessing they are slightly pulled muscles or ligaments. Mine resolve in a couple of days.

We had a busy weekend (moving), but I really tried to focus on taking it easy. Today, I've noticed a dull ache in the lower/left area of my uterus. The pain comes every 2-4 minutes, and lasts about 5-10 seconds. I thought it was Braxton hicks at first, but now that I'm sitting on the couch, I'm not having contractions/BH, just this weird ache. I see my midwife on Friday, and baby is moving around like normal.

Maybe just round ligament pain on one side? Anyone else experience a pinpointed pain while pregnant?
