@Madison43: yea I remember my oldest starting around this age. I was hope it DS wouldn't have bad dreams. Even when he comes into bed with us and finally goes to sleep he still jerks in his sleep and cries out.

My oldest now 5.5 still has them occasionally. They seem to have a few bad nights in a row and then they go away for six weeks or so.

Wow! Pretty much exact same timing for us too with our 2.5 year old son and I have no clue what to do! He did it last week at 11 pm then 4:30/5:00 on the dot for a couple days, then stopped, then again this morning. He doesn't seem to be awake? I thought it was molars, but now I'm not sure...nightmares maybe? Commiseration with you guys!

@T.H.O.U.: :shocked:

Someone help us!!! I'm thinking about trying waking her up around 3:30 to have her go potty and then slowly moving the wake up earlier to see if that helps...but terrified it will backfire!

Every night, my 2.5 year old LO wakes up super early moaning and saying "no, no, no!" This happens at around 4-5:30am. If we go in and comfort her, she settles down and goes back into a deep sleep until 7 or so. Often (but not always) she pees before going back to sleep (she is potty trained, never wet her pull up so she night trained herself). By that point, we're up for the day :sad:

How do we help her stay asleep??? She is asleep by 7:45/8pm and naps 1ish to 3ish.
