They didn't want me going into labor. That said, I wish I had asked if I could wait longer. He was only 6 lbs 9 oz and I just felt we had taken him a little too early. I've felt guilty about it since.</p> <p> He's fine, but I would have felt much better if he'd had a little more meat on his bones. It also took him 5 days to pass his meconium, which was miserable. Not sure if that has anything to do with him coming early, but I just feel bad. But I'm fully expecting to go into labor earlier because my son came out at 36 weeks. They schedule it that way because they want the baby to 'cook' for as long as possible, but not have you go into labour.</p> <p>Their stupid theory didn't work for me. I was scheduled on June 7th, I went into labour the late afternoon/early evening of June 5th.
