<description>&#60;p&#62;I didn't feel sick after the test, but I was definitely starving. I would recommend you have some snacks with you that you can devour afterwards. Yes, you just end up drinking the flat soda and get your blood checked several times.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Yes, you have to drink the gross drink again.  And then every hour they'll take your blood. So you just sit there and do a lot of waiting.  I also suggest you bring some food for when it's over, you'll be starving and won't want to wait.  Good luck!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I went in for my glucose test yesterday and my nurse called this morning to tell me I failed the darn thing.  I've scheduled my three hour test for next week but I was wondering what goes on at the three hour test?  All I was told was to not eat after midnight before the test.  Will I have to drink another bottle of flat soda?  Do I get an IV?  What goes on at these tests?  I've read from old threads to bring a book so I will definitely  be doing that.  Did any of you feel sick during/after the test?
