She's 44 inches and 38 lbs. I was ready to pull the trigger on a Graco Tranzitions (because, PINK!) - but read several reviews saying the crotch strap was pretty short.</p> <p>Do you have a carseat for an older kiddo (esp. a girl who wears lots of dresses) where the crotch strap is NOT an issue? I really need her buckling/unbuckling herself, so a crotch strap that makes this tricky is an absolute dealbreaker. Open to all price points - she'll use it for a long time or will pass it to one of her two sisters! </p>
