DS 5 and DD 3 bathe together. I imagine I will bathe LO3 every other night, then the older two will bathe after her (they bathe every night). When DS wants to bathe/ shower alone, the girls will bathe and he will shower.

Okay. But my friend who has three (4, 2 and 3 months), bathes the baby first and then adds water and puts the older two in.

Oh man. I haven't even figured out how to bathe one on a regular basis ... After four years... All the power to you.

I only bathe my toddler once a week, so.... but I think I will bathe them on the same night and move them together when the littlest can sit up on his/her own.

Baby sister is still in her tub and only bathed every few days.
Big girls are in the big tub together.

In a few months when baby sister can hold her own in the big tub I'll bathe her with little sister and big sister can take a bath on her own. She stays up half an hour later than the little ones so it should work out OK.

I nannied for a family with 3 a few years ago. Similar age gaps. The big kids took a bath or shower together or right after one another in the morning. The baby didn't take a bath every day, and when he did, it was usually a quick one in the evening.

The baby won't be a the with the others until she's able to sit up, so that gives your eldest plenty of time to work in independent bathing. Then you have one shower and two bathe together. I'd let the eldest play nearby while bathing the two littles then have the eldest bathe while pajama wrangling the littles. Or have the big kid bathe while the littles play, then the big kid can do her own jammies whole the littles are bathed and can play by herself while they get their jammies. That's how I did it as a nanny of three years ago.

I would have the baby in an infant tub for about 6 months - so she can be in that while the other 2 are in the big tub.

Then once your youngest is sitting well on her own she can bath with your middle child and the older can have her own bath

If you don't have to solo often I would probably bathe the two younger together and let the 5 yo take a shower.

I will have kids ages 0, 2, and 5. The 5 year old isn't quite ready to bathe/shower by herself (we wash her but she can play in the tub or shower alone). At first the baby will be in a baby tub on the counter, but after that, how do you bathe 3 kids? I dont think all 3 will fit in a standard tub. My 2 right now fight for space.
