DH has extremely demanding job and I've started working PT (I'm CPA). Both are very demanding, I'm lucky I have flexibility in my schedule so we make it work. I also think it would make traveling much more difficult - a lot of hotel rooms will let you have max 4 people, so you'd need two rooms, and then do the parents split up? On a flight you wouldn't be able to cover one kid each. Personally, we would need a bigger house. Even when I see a parent with 3 well-behaved children, it just looks chaotic.</p> <p>I think if you SAH or have a job that isn't too demanding, or maybe work part time, then it would be more doable. They truly act like 3 best friends. Its fun to see DS and DD1 with DD2...they're very protective of her and they both baby her.<br /> Cons...I would say 3 is really challenging and I've had to toughen up. I've had to find patience when I thought I had none left. It feels like I'm running a marathon most days.
