I put her on her tummy ti show him how she was getting up on her elbows and she rolled over for the first time. I couldn't believe we got to see it together. It cheered me up a lot. As did the support from you ladies. I have a 5.5 month old and had a complete 3-day meltdown last week for nearly the same reason. For us it seemed to be because we disrupted her sleep schedule by going on a weekend trip. It is so much better right now, but during that week I thought I was going to lose it! High maintenance for sure. Good thing she is so cute!!</p> <p>Maybe it is ante growth spurt. I think we had our 12 week one early last week. Not looking forward to the wonder week next week. Especially since it is first week at day care, and isn't taking a bottle good at all and I will be back at work. I think we've already had the twelve week wonder week. She was born forty weeks five days. I think she had it two weeks ago. I downloaded the book on my kindle I was at my wits end. At least she woke up from this last boob nap in a better mood. I have a high maintenance baby and was at a friends on Sat. LO is a week and a half past three months. I thought we already had the three month growth spurt but she's been miserable the last few days. She won't nap without a boob in her mouth, she takes hours to go down at night, wakes up frequently, and she's been screaming most of the time she's awake. We ended up crying together in the Costco bathroom today after she screamed the whole way in the car. I guess she wanted boob? I don't really know. </p> <p>I feel like a much better mom when I can pin this fussiness on a growth spurt or wonder week or something. But it's been so frequent lately I'm getting really frustrated and feel like I'm making it all up. </p> <p>On top of that, I visited a friend with a 10 week old this weekend and I couldn't believe how chill she was. Her dad said he has never even heard the baby cry. I know all babies are different and I shouldn't compare but that + all this fussiness has me feeling pretty down. </p> <p>Does this sound like a growth spurt? </p>
