Ours poops a few times a day, he's 3 months old, but he's not pooping after every single feeding anymore. When she does, it tends to be pretty massive. The first time she didn't go for an entire day after pooing 3-7 times each day, these first time parents called the pediatrician. Especially in EBF babies. Around that age their bodies become incredibly efficient users of nutrients, so they're not making quite as much waste. Granted, it doesn't happen with every baby, but it's very common for them to not poop for a long time. The longest my LO went without pooping is 13 days. She wasn't constipated at all. Even now that she's eating mostly solids, she poops only every other day or so. Again, not constipated. My LO is just about 3 months and still poops 5-7 times a day! The last two weeks he's been going a few days (3 is the longest so far) without pooping, and then all of a sudden has a massive diaper full, usually blow out. I'm guessing he can't be constipated since he only has milk. </p> <p>Is this normal pooping behavior? </p>
