Question about the 30 day shred...when do you move up the levels? I moved up to level 2 after 1 day, but i don't know if i want to do the same 2 workouts for 30 days!

My sister did this a while back and would do two levels back to back! She lost a lot of weight and toned up. I'm always too exhausted after one workout to even think about doubling up!

<description>&#60;p&#62;I've started it a few times. Each time, after the first day, I can hardly walk! It's so crazy how sore it makes me. I definitely skipped days, but usually working the muscles helped make them feel better.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I hate to admit it, but I could never make it past level 2! And I don't consider myself in terrible shape... Good luck! :)
