Without knowing you, I say try what feels ok, if it start to hurt too much than stop. Six weeks is probably safest, but if you feel pretty good then try some low key stuff. However, with my second baby, I had to chase my two year old around and whenever there was more chasing than other days I noticed an increase in bleeding. So, just be careful! And take it slow :)

I would say wait until the standard 6 weeks and then do what you can. I was back in the gym at 6 weeks and so ready to work out.. I enrolled in one of the classes and couldn't get through half of it. I was so fatigued. It took a few more months to get my strength and endurance back up. Also... I still had.. ummm.. ahem incontinence issues with physicaly activity such as jumping or squatting.

I am almost 4weeks out from the birth of my son. I feel pretty much normal and my bleeding is very light. I wanted to start doing the 30day shred to tone up a bit. Do you think it is too soon for that level of activity? When did you begin exercising again and at what level of intensity?
