Yep. You do the same workout until you're ready to move to the next.

I did 10 days, 10 days, 10 days... and I didn't find it too boring. It seemed like the right amount of time to really "get" the routine and do it correctly (in my case).

They officially recommend the l1, then l1, then l3, but I also hate doing the same workout every day so I would mix it up.

It's the same workout every day, but as you begin to build tolerance you can modify the workout to make it more challenging even if you're only on Level 1. For example, instead of going from a squat and just standing up, you can end your squat with a bunny hop then escalate to a full explosion jump.

@LivsMama: What moving up creates is PAIN!! : ) Good luck my friend! I never made it through the whole 30 days because about half way into it I went for a run and ended up hurting my back. And then pretty much as soon as that was healed I got knocked up and turned into a couch potato!

awesome. Thanks guys! It just seems weird to me that its the same workout each day, but I guess its enough different muscle groups where it doesnt really matter. Maybe moving up to L2 or L3 creates muscle confusion.

You're supposed to do L1 for 10 day (or until it's no longer challenging) then bump to L2.

When I used the program, I did a week at each level, then the last week I just mixed it up. (3-4x a week).

I think she recommends 5-6x a week, but I've never seen a strict schedule on how you should use it~~

So quick question. I just bought the 30 Day Shred and started last night to get a quick additional workout in during Liv's naps or right after bedtime. But I kind of have a question about how it works...is it the same workout each day, then after like 10 days you move to Level 2, then to Level 3? Or do you do Level 1, then 2 then 3 in 3 days, then back to 1? I figured it would be different workouts for each day, but I didnt research it much.

And holy heck. Im in shape, and that first workout last night left me sore today. I did L1 and didnt sweat, but I did start shaking a little and going up and down our stairs right after was kind of torturous lol
