(a bunch of friends are planning a girls' weekend in the summer to celebrate all of us turning 30 this year though, so that's something exciting!)</p> <p>anyway, i am trying to figure out if i want to do a cocktails thing (i don't know that my local friends would be super into it) or do a brunch on the weekend or just plan a day with DH and DD. also, i always kinda thought, oh, i'll get this great gift to mark the day, but there isn't anything that i really want (maybe some stacking gold rings that i've been eyeing?)....</p> <p>so i'm looking to you all for inspiration! what did you do for a milestone birthday that you loved? any awesome gift that meant a lot? any gift you got yourself to mark the occasion?</p> <p>(i'm typically a sentimental person and i'm just wondering if i'll regret not doing something to mark the big 3-0!)</p> <p>ETA: for some reason, i feel the need to clarify that i don't want/need to spend a bunch of money, but 30 feels important! :) </p>
