Hello I have something similar going on, I'm 35 weeks and 3 days and my uturus is measuring at 37 weeks. I have unbelievable period cramping that feels like I'm about to start bleeding and a shooting pain going up my vaginal and butt areas my inner thighs hurt as well and I'm constantly nauseous..... My Dr says its normal but he hasn't done a cervical check at all......I'm worried it might be something when it could really be nothing......my baby is moving constantly and it hurts so bad every time he does.....this is my third pregnancy and have never felt anything like this....,I don't know what to do any advice!?

Glad everything is ok. I was having some low cramping earlier today but brushed it off as having to go to the bathroom. Hasn't been back since but I guess I should take it more seriously If it happens again :-/

Thanks Bees :)
I'm relieved everything is ok, too! And also definitely glad I went in and got some peace of mind. The nurse was really nice and didn't have that "ugh FTM" attitude.
Good to hear some of you went through similar experiences and everything was always ok!
@maplemoose: until last night I was thinking I'd be late, but now I'm not sure sure! Definitely hope he cooks a bit longer like @futuremrsmck: said :)

So I did call the OB (the on-call doctor) and he wanted me to go in to the ER so they could check my cervix and monitor me for a little bit. The nurse said my uterus was "irritable" and they could see I was having contractions but I came in at barely 1cm and in about two hours only went to a little over 1cm so they gave me a pill to kind of calm things down, even though they aren't worried.
Long night, but all is well :) That was a good dry run, though, I guess!

I started getting random nausea around then. Dr said it could be heartburn or stomach upset causing it (without the regular heartburn symptoms). Eventually, I tied it to Baby kicking me weird. I didn't have the cramps though....

I don't think your dr or nurse will think of you as FTM paranoid. I'm not a FTM and went when I felt off, I had preterm labor with my second snd third pregnancies, it doesn't hurt to call.

@.twist.: yah, I've had a touch of that but not this late in the day
@yoursilverlining: they kind of feel constant, but I just got started trying to be mindful and see if I can notice a pattern
@FutureMrsMcK: you're right, I feel totally FTM paranoid...I know I've read that this stuff is totally normal but it's freaking me out! I'm going to see what comes of timing them and call my OB if I'm still feeling "off"
Thanks bees :)

I had nausea and cramping throughout the latter half of the third trimester, but I'm of the mind that if something doesn't feel right you should call your OB. I'd rather trust my gut and risk it being normal/nothing than ignore it because I felt lame/silly/FTM and it turned out to be something...

I had mad nausea again late in pregnancy, which I know is pretty common. Can you time your cramps at all? Do they seem to come and go on a schedule? I had a lot of preterm labor, a lot of which felt like cramps, and lower back pain. Some of it timed to within every 10 min but then went away. It sounds normal, but if it doesn't to you - you should call your OB to make sure!!

I've heard morning sickness can come back in the 3rd trimester, but I'm honestly not sure. Maybe call your OB just in case!

I've been experiencing what feel like bad menstrual cramps and nausea for the last 45 minutes or so...Google is only coming up with those Babycenter/YahooAnswers stuff so I'm turning to The Bee -- should I be worried enough to call my doctor? This feels different then other random uncomfortable-ness somehow.

The cramping is low, and I feel it along the tops of my thighs as well. I tried eating thinking the nausea was due to being hungry, nope. I'm not dehydrated but I'm drinking water, and I'm lying down...

ETA: I feel pretty lame even asking about this but something just doesn't feel right...
