I had it around then ... went into labor at 39.5 weeks. I didn't realize it could be a sign of preeclampsia ... I assumed it was just the body ramping up hormones for birth. I'd call your doc to check in.

So sorry you're not feeling well! I would lay down and take it easy today. Could be impending labor, virus, indigestion... You could always call your OB but I'm not sure they'd have you do much other than rest first.

I would call the doctor. It may be a sign of early labor. Good luck!

I had severe pre-e with my first so I've heard a lot of the "things to watch for" with my second and now third - but nobody's ever mentioned nausea. I had terrible upper abdominal pain as a late pre-e symptom.

I'm 34w right now and have had some nausea recently which seems like it might be related to heartburn / reflux.

Call the dr. I was nauseous the day I went into labor with #1, and once I started puking I knew it was active labor.

I'd wait it out a few more hours, it could be indigestion even if it's a normal meal, there's not a lot of room in there at this point so it's feasible.

If it continues into tomorrow check your BP and call the doc if it's high.

I'd call the doc. Or if you're out and about, maybe pop in somewhere to get your BP checked (a lot of drugstores can do it).

So I've read different accounts of nausea at this stage of pregnancy.

On the one hand, it could be a sign of impending labor.
On the other, it could be a sign of preeclampsia.

Anyone have any experience? I haven't eaten anything out of the ordinary today and I have been drinking water. Is this something I should call the doctor about? Or should I just ride it out?
