I was measuring small the whole pregnancy too, and had to get checked and measured low on fluids. I just got pumped with IV all day and kept hydrated the rest of the days leading up to the delivery! My midwife actually just called me a few minutes ago as she had just gotten the results. Baby *is* measuring a bit small and some of the measurements were slightly low...But not enough to induce labour just yet. I'm a little worried and anxious but my midwife wanted to assure me that if they felt something was needing to be done, they would have done so already. It stressed me out so I was glad I could text my doula between each test. I have been measuring small for the last month or two. GD patients are supposed to have big babies, not small ones measuring in the 5th percentile. I have had ultrasounds every 4 weeks since week 18, and now they are making me go in for weekly ultrasounds. It's a pain, and baby has been healthy so far (minus the VSD diagnoses). The only factors they can really contribute to the low weight have all been ruled out in tests done early in my pregnancy. I just have small babies, and I'm a petite Asian. I hate that they're making a big deal out of LO being on the smaller side.</p> <p>I'm sure your baby is super healthy and growing just fine.
