<description>&#60;p&#62;Any recommendations for non-med allergy relief? It seems like spring (summer?) allergies have just hit me in the last week-- itchy nose, throat and ears, stuffy nose, sneezing, and sore throat. None of it is bad enough that I really want to take any medication for it, but are there any natural remedies you would recommend? &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I don't know exactly what I'm allergic to, but I'm guessing it's something that just bloomed in the last week. On top of that, it's been really nice out so we have had the windows open even more than usual-- I so prefer open windows to AC, but maybe that would help at home? I haven't tried my neti pot yet, but I'm thinking that could help too. Any other recommendations are very welcome!!
