@snowjewelz: @Banana330: @Silva: @MommySLP: Not that I wish this on any of us, but I'm glad we're in good company!! :)

I am sure a walk would be a really good idea, but it sounds like the hardest thing to actually accomplish. 3rd trimester is like having mono!! Ha.

@Silva: I drink a cup of coffee each morning, but I wonder if a different type of energy boost would be better for a bit. Like the examples you mentioned - I'll give them a try!! :)

@littlejoy: almost 30 weeks and I'm in the same exact spot. By about 2pm, I'm just DONE. Never mind that I have 2 kids to wrangle through dinner/bath/bedtime. DH is super helpful but all I really want to do is lay on the couch!!!

even a 10 minute nap or short walk outside help me. If thats not possible, splashing cold water on my face and drinking a cup of ice water. DOn't know where you're at for your caffeine for the day, but I liked doing a bit of chocolate, a handful of nuts, and a green tea to get me through my after lunch slump.

@littlejoy: I wish I knew.. I'm not quite 3rd tri and i've been exhausted for the last few weeks. I asked my midwife and she said "It's you're second pregnancy you just have less time to rest that's why you feel more tired this time around".

I am so exhausted!!!! My iron was a bit low on my last blood draw, so I've started an extra supplement (and done b12 and vit d). Aside from those supplements, what helps you get a little energy boost? It's on 10:30 am, and doing anything at all today seems like an ordeal.
