That's so crazy that they could be hungry so quickly! My SO is gone this weekend so we're working on sleeping actually on the crib mattress and I'll see if another feeding is really what's the problem! Thanks guys :)

We went through this for a while with our LO. My LO will sometimes be hungry 2 hours after that first feeding (eat at 8:30pm, 2:30am, and then again at 4:30am) Other times though its just gas that she needs help getting out. Putting her down swaddled helps.

You mean an hour after the first feeding? No. He gets a full bottle (4oz) at the 2:30/3am feeding. I honestly doubt it's hunger.

Do you feed him during that second wakeup like you do the first?

My LO is 2.5 months. He goes to sleep at about 9 (in bed about 8:30 for him to "work it out and get ready") and will sleep no fail until 2:30-3am. He gets a feeding when he wakes then and will fall back asleep without a lot of fuss. BUT then he'll wake up no fail a hour/hour and a half later and fuss and whine (no tears). Keeps spitting out his pacifier, not comfy, etc. I've tried everything including leaving him in his vibrator chair (which he still sleeps in...whole other issue) and bringing that to be so I can lay with my eyes closed and keep him bouncing and putting his pacifier in.

He sleeps awesome any other time of the day including naps. This early morning stuff is seriously driving me batty. Anyone got any ideas?
