Time. Although yours sounds like a pretty good sleeper! This too shall pass (even though it might not feel like that now!).

Just had to wait it out. And stock up on kindle books so at least the being up all night sucked 15% less than it would have otherwise.

Your lo seems to be a good sleeper! Ours was too and at 4.5 months she started screaming at bed and waking up at night, for us it was because she stopped wanting to be swaddled, we switched to a zippidee and it took about a week to get through it. This may not be the case for you! I hope it goes well!

Nothing worked for us for sleep regressions. We tried whatever it took to keep us sane. In the end one day she decided to sleep normally for no particular reason. So sorry!

For us, walking around the block in the stroller until he fell asleep and then transferring to crib. We were in a "do whatever work phase."

It was a big growth spurt for my LO, so I fed him when he woke up and couldn't be settled. It was like having a newborn again! It lasted about 3 weeks and then it was over.

Same as @catomd00, although we really had nothing to regress to!

Nothing but waiting it out. Was a long two months but we don't believe in sleep training so it was worth it to us to suffer through. Had lots of extra help from DH and didn't cook or clean much. Just slept when we could.

We seem to be in the very beginning of the 4-month sleep regression, so I'm trying to learn what I can. Here's the background:
C was born at 36 weeks, 3 days, so is technically a preemie, but he was well over 5 lbs and is growing well.
He started sleeping through the night on his own at 13.5 weeks; usually 8-9 p.m. until 6-7 a.m.
He nurses or gets breast milk in a bottle 5x/day during his waking hours - he doesn't nurse during the night any more.
He naps usually 3x/day, first nap is around 3 hours, 2nd is 2 hours, 3rd is a catnap.
He always sleeps in his crib (unless we are out of the house, then he sleeps in his car seat), and we put him down drowsy, but awake, swaddled & with a paci.
He is 4 months old & got his 4-month shots on Monday.
For the last 2 nights he has woken up 3+ times really unhappy. Usually if I give him his paci he settles almost immediately, but I'm still having to get up with him each time he wakes, and after even two nights, I can tell this is going to get really old really quickly.
To make matters even more fun, we leave on Saturday for a week-long vacation.

Any suggestions?
