I've been having similar issues so I feed her before and after each nap while she's swaddled in our room where there aren't distractions. She takes three naps around 1.5 hours each. also when she wakes up for the day and before I put her to bed I do the same. So it's about 8 quiet undistracted no flailing arms feedings.

This sounds very normal for 4 months. My LO did the same. They are going through so many changes and are becoming more distracted so make up for the poor daytime feeds overnight. Hang in there and you'll be able to get it back on track soon!!!

I am getting a little frustrated with our feeding situation. My lo is almost 4 months and during the day she tends to want to eat every 90-120 minutes but only on one side and not for long at all. She is making up for it at night, she cluster feeds right before bed then does two 2.5 hour stretches and then basically wants to eat from 4-7 am.

I think a part of our issue is she is really gassy so she will start to eat, it bugs her tummy and then she pops off to burp and or pass gas and then is to distracted to eat again.

I wish we could hit reset on her schedule! I am not a huge schedule person but could it be helpful to nudge her towards one so she is feeding better during the day? I have tried feeding her hourly which doesn't help and I have waited longer between feedings (not out of meanness, we were just out and she didn't ask to eat as much) and she still gets distracted/gassy pretty quickly. Any ideas? She is growing just fine and has enough diapers, I am mostly just wanting to get calories in during the day instead of at night.
