Nope! But we also didn't have a 4 month regression, and no teeth at that point.

@swurlygurl: Oh, interesting! I hope Xander doesn't decide to regress while we're away! I'll feel bad for Hubs parents AND I really hope he doesn't want to eat more, because it's going to be hard enough as it is to supply them with enough BM for the weekend! Yikes!

And yay on first teeth! So exciting!

DD STTN at 9-10 weeks, then a couple weeks ago (5 months 1 week) decided to 'regress'. She woke up once a night (anywhere from 2 am to 4 am) and stayed awake for an hour while I tried to quickly rock her back, give up, change her diaper/feed her/put her back down. This morning was the first night in 9 days she didn't wake up early... fingers crossed!

She was taking five 6-oz bottles at 4 months. Now, at 5 months she's taking like seven to eight 4-oz bottles. I don't know what that's all about.

If it matters, she just cut her first tooth! Saw it yesterday :)

5 months was the start of such a fun age! This is around when he started working on sitting up and just was an all around happier baby (the more mobility, the better in his book). Around 5.5 months he started to regularly do 3 naps which made planning the day easier. He's consistently woken once to eat overnight since then, so not much changed between 4 & 5 that way.

Not really...if anything his sleep was worse at 5 months than at 4 months. @regberadaisy: Lol pretty much this!

BUT at 5.5 months he suddenly became SO MUCH MORE FUN. His night time sleep was still bad but naps became better and he just became super affectionate, playful, and just overall delightful.

@regberadaisy: I'm scared of the regression! Xander is 4 months now and sleeps like a champ at night... I don't want it to change!

@regberadaisy: haha. By "Much Improved" i mean he's still waking 3x/night instead of 5-6. So yah. Still sucks.

Yes, her sleep sucked at 4 months and sucked monkey b@lls at 5 months. We were in the thick of the 4 month sleep regression.

@dagret: Oh, interesting!! I was kind of assuming Xander would be exactly the same at 5 months, but I guess that might not be true!

@kodybear: Hmm... Xander's awake time currently is 2 hours, so I'm guessing it probably won't get any longer by 5 months, since it already seems pretty long for his age!

not much of a difference for my LO. her awake time was slightly longer but still averaged about 1.5 hours i think. i dropped a feeding at 5 months to 4 feedings but i bottle feed so i just added more to the other bottles so she didn't really notice a difference. her night sleep and naps were still the same, 11 hours at night and about 5-6 hours of naps a day. i think it was about when she turned 6 months that i saw a significant change. her awake time was longer at 2 hours and her naps got about an hour shorter to about 4-5 hours. hope that helps! :-)

@Adira: L is 5 months now and he's SO much more easygoing and independent than he was at 4 months. Also, I have started putting him on his belly for naps and it has CHANGED MY LIFE. I think he's a lot hungrier now though since he's sitting and jumping and moving a lot more.

ETA: His nighttime sleep is much improved and the belly-naps have changed a never-napper (20-45 min max) into a champion napper (2 hours this morning!)

So I know it probably doesn't really matter and I don't need to know this information now, but I'm curious. Was there much of a difference between your LO when they were 4 months vs 5 months? Specifically in terms of sleep (awake time, naps, STTN, etc.) and feedings?
