<description>&#60;p&#62;Delsym is for four and older.  I also think there is mucinex for this age.  And sudafed.  Our girl won't take mucinex or sudafed, too strong tasting. But we have luck with Delsym and Zarbees

<description>&#60;p&#62;Try Chestal - it's homeopathic (honey-based), but it does work a bit. I know a lot of others on the board recommend Zarbees, I think it's a similar honey-based cough remedy. Both are fine for over 2 years old.

<description>&#60;p&#62;there are no official medicines on the market for coughs in kids who are 3 or 4 (4 in two weeks). And our daughter has been to the doctor a few times this winter about her cough, and the doctors just called it a winter cough. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Help! What do you use that helps eleviate the cough?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Halls says it's for ages 5 and up, and I wonder if we should take the risk....
