For big projects I'm still setting a timer and doing a minimum of 45 minutes each day. They're 5.60 or something to ship, and you can stuff/tape a lot in there. I just take it to the post office and they determine the postage. If it is heavier than a certain weight, they made me do priority. So if it's heavier those flat rate boxes are a good deal.
