I would consider it more like a rocker, and I think the company compares it more to the same kind of motion as a rocking horse. It is a very smooth motion, and it makes my daughter very happy. I think I wrote about it on here in a few places, but I was one of those people who went back and forth about whether or not to get a swing. We don't have very much space at all, and I was hesitant to commit to something so huge. When the 4Moms Rockaroo (not Mamaroo) came out, I was excited to try it, because it's so little. There weren't many reviews, though, so I was a little nervous.</p> <p>Well, I'm excited to say that 3 weeks in, it was an AWESOME purchase. It takes up almost no space, it's super quiet, and LO loves it. We ended up going for the multi plush fabric, and it's super soft. I'm thrilled we decided to pull the trigger. It's so nice to have a swing option that isn't gigantic.</p> <p>Just wanted to share for those considering it. :) </p>
